Top-notch facility, so great to take the tour and see all the security protocols that they have in place.
This place received 900 1-1/2 ounce coins from me, to be held by Wall Street Metals (IRA), until they were sold. Wall Street Metals won’t respond to my calls or email and this place DELAWARE DEPOSITORY is NOT cooperating with the ongoing police investigation. They are RUFUSING to honor a Search Warrant to find out where my (900 coins) $40,000.00 in IRA silver went. Stay away from this place!!!
My wife and I had to make a pick up there this week. Very impressive facility. Everyone there was very pleasant. We did our transaction with Sharmaine. She was very professional and accommodating. Excellence all around.
Poor customer service. I've been trying for mo ths to get assistance with my online access. My phone calls and email attempts have gone unanswered. I wish to pay online. I will probably look for another depository if things are not resolved soon.
