Terrible customer service! That store needs to change definitely the employees in there! They are very rude, so unprofessional and disrespectful! i was looking other reviews now too, happy that i am not the only person that i think like that! i went there to return shoes,and to purchase different pairs, the girl was telling me" i cant, you were those on mud, you cant returned you have to wear those at home not outside"! i told her the truth, i worn the shoes one time not in the mud, i tried and then i realized i was not feeling comfortable, how can i tried those at home? She start screaming, she told me "you' re lieing , this is terrible, these are damaged". The shoes were not damaged at all, new shoes! i boughted those in their store online, Bc they dont had it available the size in the store!Her name was Passa she said, maybe i write it wrong here! i called customer service, i told them about all, they told me we are going to make the return to you, mailed to us with the return label! So frustated and unhappy, i would never go back! Honestly i was gonna go and called the security in that time, for the way how she was reacting to me but because i was with my little daughter in there, i dont wanted the things to go over and over! They deserve a lesson to learn how to behaive with the customers!

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff obviously are terrified of her as showed when they spoke to her. I will not name the extremely nice and professional sales staff so they won’t get in any trouble. Just be careful manager likes to put small alarm tags in your purse when you take it for repair/exchange. I know this for a fact because I took my purse in from an online purchase. Went into the mall by Macy’s alarm did not go off. After I left this store my purse was going off at every store with metal detectors. I found it a few days later after I was attacked by mall security at a different location. FYI I go here to get my bags all the time I will choose a different location from here on out.

Great place! My girlfriend and I went here on July 20th and was assisted by associate- Christopher! He was very nice, down to earth, and help my girlfriend make a decision on a bag purchase for the upcoming Fall! No complaints at all, and this was 5 star service!. Thank you Chris! - Tim

My sales person Chris was very attentive and helped me choose my perfect bag!! When explaining that I would check out Macy’s to price compare, he graciously held onto the bag for me until I made the decision. I wound up coming back and purchasing from the store because it was a better deal. He also helped my little sister pick a bag!! He is very attentive and nice and knows what he is talking about. Highly recommend!! Go in and ask for Chris!
