I had a really great experience at Lux Bond & Green at the Rolex boutique in Mohegan Sun. Rashida was so helpful and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was just genuinely kind throughout the whole process. The manager was also incredibly nice and welcoming. You can tell they both really care about their customers and want you to have a good experience, not just make a sale. It made the whole visit enjoyable, and I’m very grateful for their help. I would definitely recommend stopping in and working with Rashida and the team.

Tiffany was wonderful. I was a little skeptical initially that the Rolex purchase experience would feel uncomfortable with the imposed waiting list and all. This was not at all the case. Tiffany was warm and down to earth and the entire experience was great from start to finish.

Always a pleasure stopping in. Stacia and Anne are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell they genuinely enjoy Rolex and the conversations that come with them. Every visit feels relaxed and friendly, never rushed. A great team and a great experience.

I bought my first Tag heuer watch from here experience was great and the watch is amazing and very usefull i wear it everyday. I was rooting rolex but I am guessing I was not accepted “” so I think I will not buy Rolex since I would prefer watches that levitate towards you naturally without any judgement and socio-economic status. As the saying goes “Chosen, not chased. “

What an AMAZING experience!!! I finally got the call and was so honored to work with this location. Feeling welcomed when you walk in is an understatement. I’ve been in other Rolex locations where no one has said 1 word to you… Not this place. From the moment you walk, you feel honored to be there. Bonnie is absolutely INCREDIBLE and a pleasure to work with. And James was so helpful and thorough with getting the sizing right and the payment. I can’t say enough great things about this location and my experience there. Highly recommend!!!!
