Super nice and very professional
Jay was wonderful with my two girls (6 and 8). He totally made them feel comfortable and explained every step of the way. I would 100% recommend him if you’re thinking if getting your kids’ ears pierced. (Also he did my septum piercing a few years back and was fabulous then too.)
I have now gone to Jay (of Jay Makes Holes fame) for 5 piercings, three intimate, one nostil, and one helix. I had quite a good rapport with my piercer back home in Toronto and was trying to find someone here who I could trust as much. I chose Jay based on the google reviews. I can now say with certainty that Jay deserved every single 5 star he has gotten. The set up is cool and cozy, and more importantly clean. The atmosphere is comfortable; I do not feel badly asking to shift positions of a piercing, and Jay informs me of what is the best placement. He is friendly, and easy to chat to. He is funny, and makes something that may be scary for some a very pleasant experience. His experience shines when it comes to the actual piercing; he is fast and confident which minimizes pain. He is clearly no stranger around a piercing needle. Because of his experience he is able to pierce tricky places very well; I had been told I had the wrong anatomy for a piercing twice before, but he was able to pierce it and it has healed without a problem. The pricing is also EXTREMELY fair, it is more affordable than most studios around here but the quality is far above. I am no stranger to piercing studios and have pretty high standards (I have 20 piercings and know what to look for at this point in time). I have been telling my friends to see him for piercings, and will continue to do so. I know I will see him again for more piercings and honestly cant wait. Long story short; if you are looking to get any piercing at all you should not hesitate to book with Jay.
My third piercing here, and as usual, every part of the experience was great! Jay is super friendly, super professional, and was great to talk to after my piercing. The whole piercing process was smooth and clean, everything was sterilized and neat. Also the interior design is on point!
This was my second time getting piercings here. Got two lobe piercings (in the same ear) and a helix piercing. These pics are from minutes after it was done—it’s healed more now and so not as red. Had an amazing experience again. Jay is simply the best! Super helpful and easy to talk to! (Also has extensive sterilization procedures—which is very reassuring as I’ve gotten an infection from a different piercing studio). I absolutely won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you Jay ❤️
Jay is amazing and went over every detail step by step. He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in his skills and executed exactly what I wanted with my dimple piercings. ❤️
