It’s difficult to accurately express the amazing experience I had with Hugh, Chloe and their dog Oliver. They are kind, genuine and have the best connections, as Hugh’s family has been in the business for 80+ years!! Hugh was able to turn an unused ring that I had for 20 years into an absolutely gorgeous necklace that I will wear and cherish for years. The turnaround time from when I dropped the ring off to when I picked up the necklace was under 24 hours. He was so thoughtful with every detail and spent so much time with me. Their customer service is impeccable and unbelievably trustworthy. I can’t recommend them more!

Not One to Write Reviews, But This Was Worth It Hugh and Chloe are incredibly kind, professional, and honest. That said, I still wanted to shop around to make sure I was getting the best price for my gold. I visited several buyers in different towns, and my initial impression was confirmed—Hugh offered the best price by far. It wasn’t even close. I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. If you have old family jewelry or gold you’re thinking about selling, save yourself the time—I’ve already done the legwork. Just go see them. Robert C

Hughie is the absolute best! I brought in an expensive bracelet that needed additional safety guards. He had it fixed beautifully, quickly and for a very reasonable fee. His attention to detail is wonderful. You will feel very comfortable doing business with him! So glad to have found him, I won't go anywhere else
