I am so grateful for the excellent support and service I received from Good Ole Tom’s. Wanda and the other two ladies have excellent customer service skills. I have arthritis in my thumbs and had a hard time opening and closing the clasp on my chain. I broke it. Wanda went above in beyond had my chain repair, recommended an upgraded clasp, then she made adjustments for me to be able to open and close without any issues or pain. I highly recommend everyone to go see Wanda for all jewelry repairs and to any jewelry you want to sell or buy at great prices.
Went to good old Tom’s with old jewelry and 2 other places and got a higher offer from one of the other places, but they were extremely rude so I sent back to good ole Tom’s and they matched the offer. Wanda and Megan were great!! And a pleasure to work with!!
Wanda was great!! Took some silver and gold coins in. Wanda was very fast and friendly. Within minutes I had a great offer and money in hand. There was absolutely no pressure when she gave me her offer, and she was willing to break down the reason for the price as well. Definitely worth going out of the way for a better deal and experience
