Somehow my son's rope chain got broken it is a present I bought for him a couple years back on his birthday... So I decided to have it fixed for his birthday this year the guy who either owns it or works there not sure very polite friendly fixed it within 5 minutes and it was a reasonable price to have it repaired
Great gold and prices. Ask for Bruce bcuz even with gold prices now being high, he'll treat you good for your buck. He also has a wonderful payment and Layaway plan.
I came in with my great grandmother 14k gold necklace that means a lot to me, to be fix and I came in with the link that popped off. When I came back in I examined my necklace and found that they did not reconnect my link that I provided. And had the nerve to raise his voice and say “that’s $10 that’s old problem we fix this for you”.showing me a different spot the chain broke before and that they had fixed before with sliver! I told him I showed the other guy and he saw it and I gave him my link. And that guy said “yeah you bring in the link.” The older man yelled again “that’s old problem $10.” I thought my necklace would be fixed since I went to them before, but instead they robbed me!! The so called “fix” was them using sliver to connect it back together. My chain is 14k gold and they used sliver to close it up Crazy!!! Take pictures before you bring anything here so you have proof! Lesson learned never go to this place to fix your chain or anything at all!!!! And take pictures of your items before handing it off to scam artists like them…
I am really disappointed with this place i been coming here for 3 years spending 4 to 5000$ every 3 to 4 month cause i buy it with acima and pay it in 90 days 1 of the jewelry that i bought there broke so they charge me 180$ to fix to peaces that broke so i pay them to fix it and now he’s saying that is an aditional 55$ for the other side went we agree that was 180$ for everything now he lost a good customer for 55$ can’t believe this check the cameras and you would see how much you charge me and what you say ok 125$ for the top and 55$ for the side thank you …..
