Let me start off by saying this is one of the nicest Coach stores I’ve been in, the selection was incredible. That said, I had the worst experience trying to shop here. I visited on the afternoon of 7/29 and there appeared to be two employees working, a younger woman and a middle-aged woman. I was greeted by both, but upon first glance I thought the older woman was a customer by the way she was dressed. Very messy and unprofessional. She proceeded to follow me around the store and talk to me while I was trying to shop. She was calling my attention over to things constantly that I wasn’t even looking at. She was nice and I was trying to be polite, but it was a very unfortunate experience. I kept trying to politely walk away from her so I could concentrate on shopping, to no avail. I ended up grabbing my husband and having to leave because she wouldn’t leave me alone or take the hint that I wanted space. I would have purchased at least a couple items, because the selection was so great, but walked out empty handed because of the uncomfortable hovering of this staff member :(
The store manager “Alex” was extremely rude and had horrible attitude towards an employee. I shopped at many Coach stores and know many associates but this by far was the worst experience ever. It is truly a shame to have someone like this run such a beautiful branded company…
As a woman you can’t just window shop in this store. You tell yourself you will but you don’t. Lol I try to resist but it never works. So new belt, cologne for my honey. I look for sales so I’m the clearance section I got new earring a chain such amazing pricing. I left a happy customer… 🥰🥰
I’ve been to this store a couple of times already and each time I go in I have a terrible experience. The first time I walked in with my already owned coach bag and while checking out I was asked if the bag was mine and asked to open it and prove I walked in with it. This most recent time me and my partner walked by an associate in the store and she asked “is everyone doing alright?” which I then replied with “yes, thank you” I’m assuming she wasn’t speaking to me because after my response to her she huffed and puffed and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t talking to me she was talking to the cheerleaders behind me that were complaining the prices were “too expensive”. I truly was ready to purchase a bag and give them my money but I ultimately had to walk out after that. Although this store has very beautiful pieces the staff does not reflect that and I will not be giving them my business.
