Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to find an item. This location has all of the current designs. If you time it right you might even find some Coach stuff on sale too! I bought a wallet for my dad for Christmas and the staff actually wrapped it up with a bow, a small little keychain, and offered me Coach water! It was well worth the visit and am looking forward to coming back soon.
Our team was visiting the Mohegan Casino this past weekend and one of the events during our scavenger hunt was to pose with Coach bags. The team at the Coach store was very helpful and enthusiastic about helping us check off the item on our list. Thanks for being so helpful! The team was fantastic!

We had such a great experience today. Chris went above and beyond to assist us. I can’t say enough good things. She was patient, gave us waters, and even took a little family photo shoot of us while we waited. I have never had such a valued customer experience like that before! I will be a repeat customer!
