(Update for a reply, No it's not faults I lived in Norwich the only other pawn shop with A-Z pawn and that's not you.) since you lied I took off another star now you only have one. (Original review, They only offered me a $60 cash loan with a $16 loan fee for my $350 Tablet/PC)

These guys are great to work with whether Buying, Selling, or Pawning when you need it. Most appreciated

I have bought two laptops in a row that were broken here. Either they magically broke while sitting on the shelves, somebody is buying broken laptops, or they are knowingly selling broken electronics. They have no problem giving you a refund if you go back, but I still find it hard to believe that it's an accident. I would thoroughly test any electronics bought here. Judging from the reviews I expected better

The Store was Clean, Ownership , Helpful & Professional. Avast array of everything from Sneakers to Tools, Jewelry, Watches, Electric Bicycles and Musical Instruments. Very Worth a Visit.

This place is great for real I have been going to pawnshops for the last 15 years all over the state and years ago when I lived in Norwich, these guys were awesome. Went there the other day and it’s still the same owners and they’re still just as great to deal with seriously one of the best pawnshops in Connecticut.

They don’t like doing phone quotes even with Item info provided, Ask for item to be brought in and dismiss the item in less than 5 mins because asking value was to high, item cost 500$ new all asked was to be meet halfway not even met with a re-offer just went in to have my time wasted. They always want to low ball even with good quality items being brought in. Wouldn’t recommend
