Together, they went above and beyond to ensure we got the exact vehicle we wanted while staying comfortably within our budget. There was no pressure, no hidden surprises; just clear communication, efficiency, and a team that truly cared about making it work for us. Leasing a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but they made it simple and seamless. We purchased a ‘21 Chrysler Voyager with about 78k miles from them June 2023. The buying process was fine. Some minor delays and miscommunications but overall a reasonable experience. We did seek service there a couple times and the communication was rather muddled but still turned out ok. After owning the van for 2.5 years we had catastrophic engine failure due to an oil pump blowing. The repairs are expensive and extensive. I was advised by the garage to call and ask about warranty. I was told the warranty expired at 109k miles, and we are at 113k miles. Because we missed the warranty by 4k miles, all the quotes we’ve gotten from multiple locations total the van. This is absolutely devastating for our family. We rely on our van and cannot afford to continue making payments on this ruined van for another 3 years while also replacing it. I have called 3 times over 2 days to see if I could speak with anyone to see if there’s even a possibility of working with us because we just barely missed the warranty but am only sent to voicemails. No one has called me back. We are desperately trying to find a solution as we need reliable transportation and have another baby on the way. It feels so wrong that a 5 year old van with 113k miles is absolutely ruined at no fault of our own and we just have to eat the massive cost. UPDATE: I did hear back the day after posting the above review. They offered to go 50/50 on the repairs. Excellent! The van got towed there on 2/5. The rep responsible for this case told me 4-5 days to get the pets and 3-4 days for the labor. On 2/17 I called because I’d not heard anything and asked if the van was ready. She laughed at me and said “Oh no, no, it will be ready by late Friday or Monday [20th/23rd]” So then again after not hearing anything on the 26th I called again to ask. Now she’s telling me they needed more parts because “it’s an old car, it rusts out.” When pressed if the van will actually be ready by Friday [27th] she said well she’d still need to get the paperwork together and don’t worry they are open Saturdays. I asked again to please please be kept in the loop. The only time I get any updates if after I call several times. My husband and I both work and need to be able to make arrangements to get the van since we don’t live close. Hoping to be able to update with the end of this saga that someday we will have our van back. Again, pleased about them meeting us half way with the cost. Praying this fix gives us more than 2.5 years of a working van.

Such a great deal we drove 5 hours from MD to buy our Escalade! Our salesman Greg Frias took care of us very well and made sure we were squared away before making the trip and back. Also shout out to Marissa for dealing with us while we dealt with our two young boys! Will be making another trip up when we buy again.

2022 Chevrolet Camaro LT1 Convertible - After dealing with a few dealers, we ended up with Blasius Chevrolet. Their communication was consistent, and customer service was above average (Thank you, Scott) and pleasant. During the purchase process, they decided to install four new run-flat tires and address two factory recalls before the delivery date. While these are details that the dealer must take care of, they did it without us asking or even seeing the car. In other words, they didn't minimize the service to push a sale; they did it right from the beginning. I recommend this dealer.

I was looking at a used Chevy Colorado for a while on their website and finally decided to go check it out the other day. I worked with Vinnie who was excellent from start to finish. Wasn't overbearing with questions or pressure. We took it for a test drive around the area and then did the song and dance with the numbers game. Yet Vinnie was extremely helpful, accommodating, and polite as we get it all sorted out. It actually didn't take that long and he was really easy going about it. Once that was all finalized we worked with Michael with the finance portion and he was incredibly polite and efficient with all the paperwork. They also helped me out with a few additions to the truck that they were able to take care of same day. Outside of that, they treated my wife and I to lunch down the street while detailing/working on the truck. That was such a genuine gesture from them and not something I've ever experienced with other dealerships. When we got back Michael had all the paperwork ready to sign and it barely took 5 minutes. He was super organized and again, very personable and polite. The team also did an A+ job at detailing the truck. Vinnie + Michael made this experience the polar opposite of what you usually expect going to look at/buy a car. There were no headaches, surprises, or inconveniences. It was the best experience I've had buying a car. I would 100% recommend Blasius Chevrolet to anyone I know. Thank you, Vinnie, Michael and the rest of the team for making it such a wonderful experience. I love the truck and look forward to going back for any future work or maintenance on it!

Best shopping experience ever! I was looking for a model y, and this dealer gives me a price that is beyond my expectations. This really saves me tons of time in car search (which is so hard with a toddler). Furthermore, it also provides our family a food coupon so I could feed my family while shopping the car. I know this must included in the price I paid, but still it is very thoughtful for I know nothing about this area. BTW, the restaurant they provided was also very good. I also want to mention Steven Lords. No bullshit, straightforward, win-win for him and me. He also helped me cleaned up the car and replace the tires for me. Highly recommended.
