SCAM ! FRAUD ! Bought a chain for $700, it immediately broke a short time after , I took the chain back and they said they “fixed it”, the chain broke another two times within the span of a couple of weeks. When I tried to return the chain or sell it back, the owner did not want to take it back and said I couldn’t return it, even though this was her chain I had issues with. I took the chain to other jewelry stores to get a quote , and no one offered me even a quarter of what I paid. Not only was the chain horrible quality, but she ripped me off on the price. Stay away from this jewelry store !!!

I Got My Ears Pierced Here For The Very First Time & I’m Going To Be Very Blunt With You (Yes You The One Reading This) I’m Never Ever Coming Here Again For One The Pro Was It Was A Neat Establishment But The Cons Are I Haven’t Spotted A License That States They Can Legally Pierce Your Ears/Body I Didn’t Receive A Waiver To Sign Usually At Every Other Piercing Place Which States If Xyz Was To Happen Hence Me Getting My Ear Pierced That I Couldn’t Sue Them So That Made Me Very Weary Second I Didn’t Spot Any “Younger” “Experienced” Faces In There There Was 2 Elderly Women Which Made Me Even More Weary Because No Offense But They Looked Nice But Clueless As Hell So I Didn’t Want To Overthink Things So I Said Hell With It I Usually Go To Karma’s Piercing In Trumbull & Milford (Which I Highly Recommend) But The Person Who Brought Me Here Didn’t Wanna Spend Karma Money So They Brought Me Here Because It Was $10 Piercings 🚩🚩🚩🚩 First The Lady Didn’t Wear Gloves, Didn’t Sanitize, Didn’t Do Anything She Wiped My Ear With An Alcohol Prep & Dotted My Ear With An Outdated Sharpie I Explained To Her I Didn’t Want Her To Place My Piercing Too Close To My Other 3 Piercings I Kept Telling Her Where I Want It Done & She Was Very Clueless, Wasn’t Listening To Anything I Said Until I Got A Bit Agitated Repeating Myself So She Marked My Ear Again & Without Warning She Popped Both Of My Ears With The Piercing Gun Now That Aint It Folks, I Left The Shop With CROOKED EAR PIERCINGS I Not Only Have Crooked Ear Piercings But Now My Right Ear Is Infected So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD THE LESSON HERE IS TO LISTEN TO YOUR GUT FEELING NEXT TIME IM SPENDING MY OWN KARMA MONEY I Can’t Even Take Pictures Because I’m So Embarrassed I Most Likely Have To Wait Until They Heal & Get Them Re Pierced At Karma UPDATE ⚠️ I Gotten The Piercing Removed From A “Reputable” Shop I Spoke To An As Of 12/7/21 After Trying To Get In Contact With Them For A Few Days Straight I Explained To Her What Happened & She Got Smart With Me Told Me It’s My Fault I Didn’t Clean It Very Well When I Did She Know She’s In The Wrong Because They’re Not “Reputable” They’re Not “Licensed” They Didn’t Know What They Were Doing To Begin With & She Failed To Clean Her Equipment Before She Did Anything She Wiped My Ear With An Alcohol Prep But Didn’t Clean Her Things Or Nothing So No I Will NOT Be Going Back Here & Yes I Plan On Taking Legal Action Against An’s Establishment PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO KARMA FOR YOUR BODY PIERCING NEEDS THESE PEOPLE WILL GIVE YOU INFECTIONS & YES I TOOK PICTURES FROM THE DAY I GOTTEN IT DONE TO WHEN I GOTTEN MY EAR INFECTED THATS MALPRACTICE ON THEIR PART

I just wore this a couple days as a gift and the connectors are bent it’s scratching really bad and shouldn’t she claims it’s complete real gold it’s ruining already 😵‍💫

This place is awful. The sold us an engagement ring, had to resize the ring which left black marks from the hot gold inside the details. I took it back to get it a size up again and more black dust was stuck inside the details. The owner and a worker both looked at it closely and said they don't see anything when you can clearly see it. Also, they resized the ring and left it all bent, dropped it and the stone fell out and they bent the sides of that too. I will never return here again. They were rude and did not care as long as they got their money. Cheap place.
