Ugh, surprised this place has good reviews. They left people waiting in the cold longer than they needed to, I basically got insulted for being surprised that they only had one type of silver coin for sale (when they are listed as a coin dealer) and then to top it all of all he called me “hun” 🤮. Don’t recommend this place, especially if you’re a women.
Very straight forward dealing. Everything was done out in the open. Based the price of my silver directly from the website and was open about how much they would pay for each different coin.
Came to cpmex after stopping by a few pawn shops, i was expecting to get a better offer than the pawn shops but I was completely surprised by their offer for my 14k gold chain. They didn’t try to negotiate or lowball and gave me a fair price on their first offer and I couldn’t refuse. Only place where I would come to sell gold/silver! Ty is easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to these sorts of things. I sold some scrap gold and jewelry and felt as if I had received fair value for it so can't complain there. Great place to sell gold! Been looking for a while to sell some old jewelry of mine but every place I went to was shady and seemed unable to do basic math. This is the ONLY business I was able to find that offered transparent rates on what they’d buy the gold for based on weight, karat, and current price of gold. I had previously brought my gold to various other gold buyers whose payouts made no sense based on the price of gold that day and which clearly were banking on me not knowing enough to identify what my gold was worth. It was a disappointing experience that made me increasingly anxious and frustrated. My experience here was the total opposite, and was exactly what I was looking for in order to feel secure selling. Very easy process, I brought my stuff in, it was weighed, and I was offered 85% of the price of gold for each item. Everything matched what I calculated based on his websites pay rate (THE ONLY PLACE THAT ALSO DISPLAYED WHAT THEY OFFER ONLINE) and was out the door with my cash in a matter of 15mins tops. Great experience, definitely the best pay rate I found other than those promised by shipped cash for gold online sites which I was too nervous to use and wouldn’t be able to get me the cash as quickly as I’d like. So glad I was able to find this business and will definitely be back to sell more scrap gold again soon! Thanks so much Ty!
This is the place to go! Honest with giving you the worth of your precious metals and also amazing service! My daughter went with me to sell my ring and not only did they make me an awesome deal but the guy gave my daughter a pretty ring to keep!
