I love REI and have since I discovered it and became a co-op member in 1996. No matter where I go the folks are great! Love my downtown REI in Denver❤️

If you buy a bike from the store and plan on riding it home from the store, make sure the bike techs have filled the tires up all the way during inspection. I got a pinch flat literally on the ride home from purchasing it; my first ride. The only cause of a pinch flat is deflated tires. Be sure the tires are full. Thankfully they comped this repair; they usually aren't covered in warranty.

Don’t spend over an hour in there without spending money, or they’ll punish you and make you pay for parking on the way out. Pretty big deterrent from shopping there in the future.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Walking in I was greeted by Ally, who was very kind and pointed me to the section I was looking for - great start to the trip, she even checked on me after browsing for while and once again helped me narrow what I was looking for. From there Arrow helped me find the exact pants I needed, from personal recommendations, and absolutely nailed it. He made sure I got exactly what I needed, following up after I tried them just to make sure, really appreciated that! Finally my cashier Ivan kept the good vibes going with a great conversation and a great end to my visit!

The store itself is clean, spacious, and has a great selection—there’s plenty to look at, and we always enjoy stopping by REI locations even though we’re not frequent shoppers. Unfortunately, our experience at checkout didn’t match the rest of the store. The female cashier we had was unfriendly and came across as rude, especially when we declined signing up for a Co-op membership. We’ve had previous memberships but didn’t use them enough to justify renewing, and that seemed to create some tension. We’ve consistently had positive customer service experiences at other REI stores, which is why this stood out. We hope this was just an off moment, because we truly enjoy visiting and would love to continue supporting the store.

The best REI! This store has everything, including a great location on the waterfront with a starbucks inside. Multilevel amd easy to get turned around inside. Very friendly staff who know all of the products really well and helped me with useful advice.

Really huge flagship store. Can spend a lot of time looking at all the collection they have. They have good stock of items too. Friendly staff and a gorgeous space. Highly recommend if you like visiting rei

Great flagship store, building with history. There are great and kind employees to help find and get what you need for your fun adventures!! Rock climbing wall inside. Everything you need. 3rd floor has the sale/pre-owned items. Always enjoy visiting as the location is right by the river. Starbucks inside

Hadn’t been to an REI store, and this place is on another level. Literally, the store has many levels where your outdoor shopping dreams can come true. I was looking for a Keen High Lace Targhee, Taylor in the shoe department helped me find the shoes that I was looking for. You just have to come to the store and check it out.
