Paykoc Imports - Wholesale and Retail Cash and Carry

I bought a rather pricey pipe from them Online as a gift and paid for two day Express shipping at the beginning of the week (on a Monday) right when the store had opened for business. Wednesday I emailed them asking how I would know if the package was shipped and if I could I get the tracking number which is a standard when you pay for two day shipping, they responded we ship everyday so it will be shipped out TODAY..... Why would it take you two whole days to process the order and ship it, in my opinion it should of been shipped that Monday. It is now Friday and I still have not received a tracking number or any type of notice of wether or not the pipe I purchased is on it’s way. If and when I get the product I will update this review but as of right now customer service is terrible here. Update they were out of Stock but the owner went into his stock after hours and sent me photos of similar products to choose from!

What a spectacular business! A secret hidden gem full of beautiful gems. We were searching for a Turkish Lamp for our Mom for Christmas and found exactly what we needed. A huge selection. Furthermore, the staff were all so friendly, kind and helpful the moment we walked in. We made our purchase and the gentleman told us to pick out a complimentary bracelet that offers protection. The whole experience really made my day. Kindness goes such a long way.

These guys are really nice folks. We run a gift shop in Idaho Springs. I was hesitant to shop here because it's a smoke shop at first glance but I'm glad we gave it a shot because it turns out they have some nice Colorado souvenirs, wind chimes, evil eye stuff, Labubus and other poplar items and the family that owns/runs it are very nice and professional people.

Amazing store!!! Huge selection and fantastic prices. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and as friendly as it gets. Alton and Josh are the best. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for all types of wholesale products for their own businesses as well as anyone looking for gifts or just some super cool stuff at killer prices.
