My mom bought my son something from here in the morning and stated the worker was nice and helpful. We came back at 8pm for my brother’s costume and the workers have horrible attitudes. I asked for help with a specific costume and the girl acted like I should know where it’s at or I shouldn’t be asking. The girl helping with the masks was very nice. Then the cashier was rude. In total my mom spend about $200. The selection is great, so much good things but some of the workers act like they hate their job and make you not want to shop here.
Went here for Halloween costumes. Tons of stuff to choose from, which I loved the options, but the staff made the transaction uncomfortable at payment. I had given the smiling girl a $100 dollar bill which she accepted. When she I didn't have enough change in her till she had asked the manager if she could get change. Loudly, the manager, advised her in front of everyone that she should not be accepting 100$ bills; however, went to get her change. The girl at that point stopped talking, would not engage with me or look at me. Once I was given my change not one person thanked me for coming in nor did the girl still look at me. It was a weird, uncomfortable and annoying to say the least. Even though the selection was awesome I will not return. It only takes 1 time if bad customer service for me 🤷🏻♀️
Huge store with tons of choices for Halloween costumes and accessories! You can get everything for the whole family in one shopping trip. Prices are decent. Very friendly staff. Lots of other party supplies too. Rentals. I'm Def going to give a huge boost to this store. It's awesome! Stop by for the Best Selection in metro Denver! You won't be disappointed. Lots of parking spots. Bring the family. They will enjoy or scared lol. 😱 I went back into buy my Michael Myers mask and they have tons more stuff out. The whole store is packed with Halloween decor and unique options. Def check here if you're not finding what you need elsewhere. Prices are decent!
Thank you to lovely lady who dressed me for Pirates Week at Ren Fest. Got soooo many compliments on the dress and the accessories were the perfect touch. Bonus: Purchased my son’s costume from here as well. $30 was a steal for his full fit!
I’ve been a customer of Fun Services for over 15 years, and they never disappoint! I order balloons every year for my kids’ birthdays, and not once have they ever mixed up or forgotten an order. The staff is always so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The balloons last forever, too! Whenever I have party needs, I skip the big box stores as those items can’t compare in quality. Fun Services is my go-to every time. Highly recommend!
