I left a message, twice, and no response. I guess my coins are not of interest. It's whatever information Google has provided. I've called 5 times and left messages twice. If the information that is provided wrong, that's between you and Google. Not me. Don't try to turn this on me. Probably better to look elsewhere.

We inherited a silver collection this year, which we had no background info on. We had no education of our own in the metals financial industry, either. Step one - search for web info to put a name to what we had. Step two - read, read, make lists, read. Step three - search Google for dealers in our semi rural state. Numismax was our first choice for making contact with a dealer, and after speaking with John, I never felt the need to pursue any other company. He was exceptionally thorough in freely sharing his vast knowledge about our items and the metals market. We were again extremely impressed when we decided to sell the collection. John's concern for making sure we understood every detail of the transaction was reassuring. Numismax and John are the epitome of professionalism. I highly recommend this company for any metal dealings you may have.

Let me start of with saying that this review is solely based off of a phone call interaction. I work in Blvd Center, next to the supposed address for this business. I had two ladies come into my store asking for help locating a coin appraiser. Upon googling, I found that there should be one in this complex. I was unable to pin an exact location so I decided to call and ask for directions. This lead to me asking a gentleman for directions, which was quickly shut down by being told you need an appointment first. Understanding this I asked him to give me directions so I could point these lady’s his direction and get an appointment set up for them. He just continued to rudely and abrasively repeat “we don’t give our location”. He later told me “ma’am you’re just not getting it, we don’t give out our location for safety reasons”. He was extremely rude throughout the whole conversation. This easily could have been avoided by stating from the beginning “we don’t give out our location due to safety reasons but please have them call to make an appointment” or “the address listed is only our mailing address, and we only disclose our location once appointments are made”. Over all this just could have been a way better experience if he wasn’t automatically rude and took the time to explain it to me right off the bat. I just know that if I need coin appraisals I will not be visiting this business.

It was a real pleasure working with Numismax and John! He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure to explain in great detail what he was doing, why he was doing it, and then making sure that we fully understood and agreed to what was taking place before moving forward. He never hesitated to take the time to answer all of our questions no matter how small or how silly they might have been, he was a true professional. We learned a lot, it was a fun experience, and we felt confident that we had found the right person and company to help us. I highly recommend his services if you are in the market to buy or sell!

Good talk they give me like stomata’s for the coin that I have! They especially work with rare coin must! He recommend me place to go too!
