I went in to sell a necklace and it was the easiest transaction. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and the whole process was simple and efficient. I would recommend this shop for all your needs.They have a large variety of stuff for sale as well

Edit: Owner was extremely kind to me in explaining pricing that caused me to initially leave a more negative review. I’m very grateful for that. In my experience with them the staff was lovely and I will definitely be returning after they explained to me how the pricing work. Sorry for the poor initial review, you guys are doing great! The costumer service was lovely, everyone was incredibly sweet. Although, they offered me $70 for an electric guitar and amp that a guitar shop bought from me for $300. So I was a little confused why they lowballed me so much. But again they were lovely people and I will likely still go again.

So as I walk in the store at Mister Money, I love the excellent customer service that they all provide. They are all Team members They get right down to business and what one needs lol special Me But a big shout out to the Team again As they have helped me out financially as I go in there Great job Team you all deserve a pat on the back

I have been visiting this shop for 3 years and the people here are the friendliest and most helpful out of all the pawn shops I've been to throughout my life–not just in Greeley, but across the country–because they really do care. Whether I'm looking to get some quick cash selling an item, getting a loan on an item due to an emergency, or browsing for something specific to buy, they are willing to work with me and help out. They also have a very cool and unique selection of items for sale; probably in the top 5 pawn shops I've visited as far as I'm concerned. They are personable and remember the names of regular customers, and that shows me that their focus is on customer service rather than taking advantage of people (like some other pawn shops in the area), and even if I have missed payments on an item I got a loan against they work with me, so I always feel taken care of and don't have to worry. Go in and check them out!

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when I walked through the entrance of this Mister Money location in Greeley recently. Prior to this impromptu visit to browse their jewelry inventory, I had never been to a pawn shop,. For whatever reason, I had a negative connotation about them. My experience that day sure changed this perception of mine about pawn shop in a very positive way! I I am in the customer service industry where professional, integrity-rich, honest, kind, and cordial services are even more important to me than the product (s) the business is selling. I was absolutely blown away by the buying experience I had at this Mister Money. A Manager by the name of Tyler greeted me very courteously and exercised patience & kindness as I asked numerous questions about various items in their HUGE inventory selection. So not only was I very surprised by the massive selection of items available, the customer service I received from Tyler was incredibly impressive to me. The establishment was clean, and the atmosphere was friendly. I purchased a number of things for a very equitable price. I will definitely be revisiting this store and encouraging all of my friends and family to pay them a visit. I am not one to take the initiative to give a Google Review often, but this experience I had at Mister Money was too impressive for me not to share this feedback with the public.
