I paid almost $3000 for a classic arcade game as a gift to myself for my birthday. The game was delivered non-operational and damaged after contacting my salesman, I was promised repairs that never happened. I have a very expensive doorstop in my living room. Had great experiences in the past but not the most recent interaction. The pinball machine I bought was fine but the delivery was anything but. Crew was late and I had to call for updates, they left a huge scratch in my wood flooring that they acknowledged and failed to set the game up properly. I complained to my sales person who apologized and said he’d forwarded the issue to his VP but then I never heard back from anyone.
