I stopped in to get a watch I had ordered online re-sized. I was quoted $35 at other places. Some stores didn’t even have a repair kit. I walked into JJ Jewelers, and James, the expert jeweler, was able to get it resized so that I could finally wear it. The service was very prompt and good quality. I highly recommend that you stop in his store for good quality jewelry and service. Military discounts are available as well.

Came in on black Friday to exchange a watch I got for Christmas for a watch that was more my style. The watch I brought in was originally bought for $550 and the guy said he would give me a credit of $150. The store owner then brought me to a watch he claimed was $250 and offered to let me exchange my watch for that one. I later found out the watch I got from the guy was worth $45. Do not go here. The store owner will rip you off.
