I brought in $500 worth of silver coins to have two rings resized at David Ellis, and the experience was beyond disappointing. When I picked them up, the rings were the wrong size. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering to make it right (even at my own expense), the staff was dismissive and made me feel as if I was in the wrong. The whole interaction felt slimy and untrustworthy. Their customer service was rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for both selling and jewelry repairs.

As a long-time customer, I have to speak up because this review below is completely opposite of anything I’ve ever experienced here. I’ve been coming for years, and not once have I seen security open the door “with one hand while upholstering with the other.” The officers at this location are responsible, well-trained, and consistently focused on safety. I bring my family here because I trust the environment. They value safety not just for their employees, but for every customer who walks through the door. It’s important that we stand together as a community and support the people who work hard to keep us protected. Passing along false or exaggerated claims doesn’t help anyone. Safety and respect matter, and this place has always shown both!

I received what I was hoping for a necklace I sold today, which was not expected after the luck I have had lately. The struggle is not only real, it is frightening. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here a couple years ago. Nadine and the family are amazing. I think all these bad reviews are written simply because people can’t handle a little grit and no BS personalities. They have a little easy coast in them (or maybe a lot 😂) and I wouldn’t want it any other way. We are planning to get all our jewelry from here and I can’t wait to buy our wedding band that matches my beautiful ring. ❤️
