The store sales girl said that a flaw on a jewelry box was so little and not noticeable, I purchased a necklace & walked out of the store 1min later came back to return she said NO ! Horrible service
Very classy store with an amazing collection of Native American and Western artwork, gorgeous jewelry, fun area for kids. Everything is displayed beautifully and the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. It’s like a museum/store combined! The manager was incredibly helpful and worked hard to find the perfect western hat and boots for my wife, and helped us select several pieces of beautiful turquoise jewelry to take home for gifts! Great experience! Great store!
You have got to check this place out. Great variety of cowboy and indian items for everyone. Owner and step son will treat you right. Nice looking jewelry. Both are very knowledgeable about their stock. And if they can't answer your questions they will be honest and say so. Go bye and browse. If your ever in St. George, Utah they have another store.
One of the only original shops left in Steamboat. The merchandise is beautiful. I was there ten years ago and impulse bought a turquoise ring. I wear it every day. This time I bought a pillow. I know it will be a favorite focal point in my living room. Otherwise Steamboat has become a big disappointment, sad to say.
Great store! I got some fantastic Lane boots there on our trip to Steamboat. The next day, while on our way home, I realized I had left behind a purchase from another store. I called and they had my items. They were so helpful to ship them back to me for a very reasonable price, and I had them by the next day! Thanks again!
Very nice store downtown Steamboat with some really nice authentic tribal wear. The store carries individually carved bears in all shapes and sizes. I bought this really cute bear that stands about 15" tall.
