I got off work and was excited to buy some silver. I arrived at 4:43 PM and the open sign was lit up, but they wouldn’t let me in. I guess it was too close to closing time, being 5pm.

Made my first gold and silver purchase today. Was a very good experience. They were very patient with me and made the whole transaction very easy .

The store itself is great, employees are very kind and you can usually find one who knows their stuff really well. However they are horrible at answering the phone. If you want to know something odds are you will just have to go in and ask.

I am very happy with my selling of my coin and bullion collection to Centennial Gold and Silver. I received a fast and detailed responses to my email inquiry. At the store, Tammy, spent time to go over my collection in detail. She offered a fair price for the entire collection. She also spent time pricing my old jewelry. I was told by a friend they were honest. I came there to sell a gold bracelet and buy silver. My bracelet was over an ounce of gold and Jeff lowballed me and offered half it's value. He took advantage of my duress because my son was having surgery in the hospital that day. I normally would have never accepted that bonehead offer. Right after, I left there realizing the mistake I made. All I can say is Karma is Inevitable! Response to your statement Since you have blocked my ability to respond, I took the gold bracelet to 2 other gold and silver vendors. I'm aware of the 14 carat gold content. This was done back when gold was $1700 per ounces. I was offered $1250 back then. Now the spot price was $4500 per ounce. Jeff pretty much gave me less than half of that. There is no way I should have been offered that amount even if it was 14 carat gold. He should have brought my bracelet back to me so I could make a decision. He kept me distracted with picking silver when I should have dealt with that transaction 1st. He also knew I had to get to the hospital where my son was waiting for his surgery. It was a bad choice to walk out of there without my gold bracelet. I should have taken it to that other party who would have definitely give me closer to its value.

I have been into this shop a handful of times and can't say enough good things about it.... Truly great people. Honest, fair and friendly. Even when they are slammed busy I feel like they take the time to walk through every transaction. Have never had an experience that was less than exceptional. I ALWAYS take my business here first.
