Did not want to give my husband a loan on a bracelet that had my name on it because the employee did not feel “comfortable taking it in”

Been here 3 times in 3 weeks and found exactly what I wanted and smoking deal prices. I worked with Liz on my first purchase, then Jon, then Jon and Liz! They're both really courteous and good people. This is definitely my number one shop now to find some gems for great pricing.

Had a great experience getting rid of some tools, gas lawn mower, etc. Not only were they clear about their policies, they were friendly in conversation. I picked up a Nintendo Switch Lite from them in our exchange (they have a lot of selection.) The Switch was not in good shape, but I wasn't promised anything and I'm happy to fix the issues because I love that stuff. Check these guys out if you need to drop some functional gear👍

Needed some cash and wanted to get a loan for my laptop. They gave me $40. I needed it and didn’t question the amount. However, 3 months down the road I needed some cash again and I went to the pawn shop on pecos and 85th(approximately) the offered me $220 I nearly fainted. I only took a $100 out on it but really what a shady deal was cash4u trying to do? Hope I couldn’t get it out and make $300 or more profit? Shame on you! Cash4 them is more like it!!

WARNING, this business is selling confirmed counterfeit coins. Location had two numismatic United States coins for sale. An 1805 1/2 cent and 1846 Dime. I purchased both on separate dates for a total of $630 and sent the 1805 first to PCGS for certification. Turn around times for PCGS certification can vary but took over a month to process and be returned. PCGS confirmed, the 1805 was a counterfeit. The local accredited coin shop who I sent the first through to PCGS, then confirmed the 1846 was also counterfeit when picking up the 1805. I brought both back and requested a refund, the business refused. Employee refused to then give any contact information for the owner when requested. Pictures below are of both coins from this location I have reported this business to the BBB, FTC, and Local Secret Service field office for selling counterfeit collectible US currency. **Update 11/22 added photo** I’m not the only one, please see message of another buyer who contacted me through yelp after seeing my review.
