I chose this pawn shop because of its good reviews and I am glad that I did! Ray, the store manager, is knowledgeable about gold and other jewelry items. She is also thorough and thoughtful, such as when she asked if I minded that she referred to a few pieces as scrap gold, because she did not want to be offensive.
