They don’t even pay spot for eagles

Coin shop is not located where they state in Pleasanton, Ca. Driving around too long & going into the building walking around , going up the elevator to ensure the suite # 5555 wasn't on the 5th floor although they state floor 1 which has no businesses but real estate , construction. Pretty much empty at Hacienda Terrace; surprised Hacenda Terrace has any businesses there, a ghost town. Then, I asked a security cop who said they've been gone for years & noted he gets a lot of people asking where is the business located. They don't answer the phone but messages you instead. My texts go into SPAM if a contact isn't listed. I happened to find out they messaged me but it was too late; took my business elsewhere. Businesses should update the internet with their location to avoid losing business. Such a horrible waste of time & gas. I also used navigation resources that continued taking me back to 4309 Hacienda Dr. to find they aren't there. Very frustrating!
