My first experience with them was reasonable, I thought. Now, I am pretty sure I got taken advantage of. So, I will never sell gold there again. The second time, today, they offered $33/gram for 14k gold. The other jewelers in the area offer approximately $61/gram. When I mentioned to the owner that it was significantly below the local standard, he upped it to $55/gram. What? They come across as very trustworthy. However, the business is very underhanded. I was not even given a receipt. Overall review: Questionable business practices, highly inconsistent offers, blatant dishonesty.
