Got ripped off. I suffered an 11% loss (usd to krw).

Horrible rates

Always go here for my exchange- had exchange for Japanese Yens, Thailand, Bali, Taiwan... etc they have it all one stop exchange. No need to wait for your bank come here quick in an out!

Had a trip and needed some cash just in case. Lady that helped me convert my USD told me if I had extra that I could return and get the same rate back which I thought was incredible service and agreed to convert a few hundred more. I tried about 20 days later and was told by another employee that wasn't true and had to sell back at a different rate, essentially costing me an extra 20% loss. Be careful.

Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off. I only got .89 exchange rate for euros when it was .97 that day and on top of that they charged me a $5 fee. If I knew there were better options I would have gone somewhere else.

While I figured the exchange rate may not be great, the greater than 20% lower than market exchange rate is excessively unfavorable. And on top of that there is a $5 service fee. The exchange was easy and fast, however.

Expect at least a 10% loss compared to market plus the fee per exchange. So if you’re exchanging multiple currencies or transactions in one visit, you’ll incur a fee on EACH transaction (about $5 per). You may have better luck going somewhere else for your money exchanges Plenty of parking and the place is easy to find. It’s convenient, and service is relatively quick. They used to be okay in that when you return from a trip or want to exchange leftover money back, you won’t have to incur the fee. That is no longer the case so if you exchange before your trip, expect the loss and fee and again if you have leftover and need to exchange back to your original currency. The staff is less than friendly nowadays as well. We didn’t even exchange too much as we just wanted to have small money for tips, minor expenses, etc. for a trip. When asked about exchanging back when we returned, they basically brushed us off telling us “You won’t have any to exchange back anyways” as if they knew how we were going to spend the money. We’ll look into other options for money exchanges in the future. This place is convenient, but we might as well just exchange money elsewhere next time.
