Tony I entered your store at approximately 2:30 this evening it's November 17th and I sit in your store ignored for 15 minutes all I wanted was a battery in my watch she ignored me she didn't say anything to me personally I took offensive because I'm black that's what I think now if you don't serve to black people put a sign up or something she could at least said something she let me sit there for 15 minutes nothing that's my complaint thank you!!!

Great customer service! I took a watch for a second opinion. First place told me it was $130.00 to get fixed. They were honest and told me exactly what was wrong with my watch. They charged me $65.00! I was very pleased. I will be coming back for sure!

I went there yesterday to have the battery of my watch changed and the strap of my other watch changed as well. The lady who did the services was polite and professional. She told me that her batteries have a year of warranty, The store also has a lot of choices for leather bands for watches. She also gives a loyalty card for battery purchases.

You should stop by for a visit! Priscilla's shop has a cozy, family business vibe and she's personable and knowledgeable. She repaired my vintage 925 ring in a flash. I'll be back soon with some other pieces that need some tender loving care. She's a great local resource!

I lived in Norwalk all my life, and didn’t know about Tony’s Watches and repair they used to reside in The Norwalk indoor swap meet Priscilla and Mario are great people honest and trustworthy. Their prices are unbeatable. Most of all their honesty is top-notch. I want to thank Priscilla for her service that she provided for me.
