They are not open at 9 am as advise on there door and online on google and yelp. I called the number but they don’t state the time they are open nor you can’t leave a voicemail.

Came in with a ring missing a heart shaped stone that I wanted to replace. Juan worked with me for over a month to help find a heart shaped stone that would fit the ring, in my price range, and in a color I liked. The ring turned out better than I ever imagined!!!

I walked right in nervously having never negotiated a gold coin. I was skeptical that it would go well, but when I was offered a more than generous price I was somewhat shocked. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, come to South Bay Coin and get treated with respect and get a great deal. Thank you Bob and Char for being more than decent human beings.

Do NOT sell your precious metals to this place. I was offered nearly $30/oz below melt price for my .999 silver bullion. When I countered, the lady tried to give me a bogus story about how she refines silver and that they would somehow magically lose 15% of the silver during refining. BS! That’s not how silver refining works. They’re clearly trying to take advantage of uninformed sellers. You can get much better prices elsewhere, I promise you! These guys are borderline scammers.

Dishonest and will give low ball offers for gold. Get a second opinion. I brought in gold that I knew was 22k. They told me it was lower gold purity around 10k. They offered me 2k. I went to another place in Hermosa. They told me it was 22k and offered me 4k closer to market price. Get a second opinion or just skip this place. They are dishonest and scammy.

I had the most wonderful experience at this jewelry store! Tali was absolutely amazing—kind, helpful, and communicated everything perfectly. She and her team adjusted the size on my necklace and bracelet with such precision, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did she give me a great deal, but her professionalism and understanding made the entire experience seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This is definitely a place I'll be returning to for all my jewelry needs—I'm a lifetime customer now. Highly recommend!
