Went to twenty similar shops, by far the most straight forward, no bull seller. Also best prices. The boss is direct but frank in the way that matters. Other staff were accommodating and open throughout the entire process.

Didn’t end up doing business this time, but was very impressed with how honest the gentleman there was. Will definitely consider this establishment in the future and recommend it.

I went here to sell a diamond and he offered me $4500. I went back in a month later and he told me $2100. Low ballers and cheapo. Really horrible selection as well and overly greedy. Avoid this place like the plague. Also the owner is extremely arrogant

The owner is great... He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with him. He's also pretty patient... My grandmother left behind a ton of stones and jewelry, many of the pieces I couldn't tell real from fake. I brought them to him and he sat there with us going over every piece, not once making us feel rushed.

Amazing customer service! I had an engagement ring I was ready to get rid of. I went to get an idea of what I could get for it. After getting their price, I shopped around a bit...ultimately, they had the best price and I went back to them. They made me feel so comfortable AND they stuck to their original price! I was super impressed. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

I really enjoy every visit to S&M gold and Silver because u honestly the service is the absolute best. I say that because not only are the employees awesome because they are so knowledgeable at what they are doing and so friendly and courteous to everyone equally, but they also have really competitive pay outs. They make u feel very welcome and if u have been there more than once they already know your name and your treated like family! I also love the fact that they aren't just knowledgeable when it comes to the gold, silver, diamonds ,watches etc that they working with but as they are testing it or checking it out for authenticity, they explain everything and if your paying attention you will learn a lot! Thank you Shalom! I've been a customer of this place for at least 10-15 years! I can't say enough great things about it!

Nice place. They gave me a very fair price for my Rolex and some old gold necklaces. Clean office. I felt safe and secure, especially since they pay in cash.
