I came here to buy a wedding set for my wife. The bracelet of the set was broken and Naji (the owner) said he will fix it which he did at that time. However not even 5 hours of my wife wearing it, the broken part that he “fixed” broke down again. I went to him to have it fixed and he said that he cannot fix it anymore and that he does not sell “broken gold” which that is a complete lie because we both know that he told us he will fix it and to come to him anytime to have it fix at no cost! Thanks To Karam( his co-worker), he said he got it and he will fix it which he did but again, Naji did not tell us the price and IF it was fixed, how much he would charge if he was to charge. He made me pay for it which I don’t care about the money but why lie to your loyal customers and scam them. I would have paid for it regardless but he scammed us about going back to him and he’ll fix it without any issues but when we went back to him he told us that he “can’t”. Never going back to this place and don’t recommend anyone to go there!!

I went to princess Jewllery today, they over charged me like 85 dollars( I purchased with debet card and they told me they would not charge me for using debet card. But they over charged m) I would never retrun.

Scam Alert! This store is completely dishonest. They sold us a necklace saying it was gold, but it turned out to be silver! The receipt even showed a fake weight. When we went back, they denied ever selling it to us and accused us of switching the necklace. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful - don't trust them and stay far away! They don't even deserve one star.

Very very bad حتى نجمة وحده ما بتستاهلوا غشاشين We bought a gold chain and a cross from this jewelry store a few months ago. Unfortunately, the chain changed color after some time. When we went back to the store to explain the issue, the man there said it was not from them and didn’t offer any help. We were really disappointed, as we trusted we were buying real gold and expected better customer service. I hope the store can take more care of their customers and the quality of their products in the future.
