I'm shocked at some of the bad reviews. I've had only positive experiences there I've been going there for 20 yrs at least. Always respectful and friendly. They feel like family to me. If those reviews are true then something has drastically changed there.

I’m a regular because they are just great people and they give you a nice amount for your unwanted gold jewelry which is always great! I go to them when I’m running low on funds for gas or food hopefully they stay in business forever

Arthur is the best! Such a nice man and the shop is nice and neat with friendly help. Lets start with the most important thing, customer service. Top notch. Great prices. Fair loan amounts when you need quick cash. Not only did I buy a high end Martin Acoustic guitar w/ a case (like new condition) for a incredibly low price, my 5 year old will never forget the nice man that filled his pockets with candy. I've use this shop before when I had to come up with quick cash and they really gave me more than I ever expected for my stuff. I got a loan out on a laptop. Well I came back to get the laptop and asked about the guitars and they handed me Martin listed for $500 and sold it for only $300! Case included! Then Arthur gave me a bottle of wine and my son got a lot of candy. Thanks for making this Christmas better for me and my family guys. We will never forget it.

I’m an honorable guy, 12:52pm 08/27 guy says he pays over gold weight melt price for jewelry at his shop. I explained the ring which is an Elklodge Golding to him in good condition and he replied with this. 1:07pm I drive 15 minutes and stop what I was doing to get rid of these rings. Only to find out that the guy is offering me 60% of the value he mentioned on Phone. I mean, I could understand like $50 if he made up a good excuse but knocking off 40% doesn’t even make any sense. He said some bullshit about the cost for acid melting it down. It doesn’t make any sense because there’s companies that charge far less than 5% to do that and you can sell these rings online. They are designer gold for the Elks Lodge from a vintage maker. I didn’t like the way how he flat out lied on the phone about the price that he offers for Gold because when I showed up, it wasn’t anywhere close and there’s no reason for it, especially with that type of gap
