I would come to this place EVERYTIME I need something sold. They are quick they work with you and the prices are perfect. They also teach you a few things if you have any questions. I didn’t feel judged at all coming here!
I came in Luis ( the manager ) help me out right away . I came from another pawn shop that tried to low ball me . He helped me realize the worth of the jewelry I brought in and had me leaving out with a big smile & cash for the holidays ! I appreciate his honesty and GREAT customer service . Since the seller wanted me to leave a review I will for him. I used to find amazing deals on electronics and instruments here nearly 2 years ago under different management. Previous management was amazing and the shelves were stocked with products. Now this place is a complete desert. I came to purchase a phone and camera. I was told due to them not having access to their cloud account that they weren't able to sell any of their phones. Huge red flag. The only camera they had for purchase was a damaged Sony. In mint condition the camera is worth $230, but the seller was only willing to go as low as $200. To be honest I felt bad for him because if you're willing to take advantage of your community then you'll end up closed in no time. Thank God I was able to find a back up option because it was nearly impossible to get the content off the camera to upload to my laptop and phone. It took nearly 3hrs and I ended up going with the material from my other camera. I will never return here again sadly. Shop wisely.
