My wife and I visited Pacific Precious Metals today with the purpose of getting our gold jewelry appraised, and overall we had a great experience thanks to TJ. We had never done this before so we were unsure of what to expect, coming into the store. We appreciate TJ’s friendliness which immediately made us more comfortable. We appreciate that he inspected each piece very thoroughly down to the smallest pieces on a bracelet, showing his attention to detail. We appreciate his honesty telling us that if we did not need the money right now, we could also consider waiting a bit since gold just dropped 6% today as compared to yesterday, and that we are welcome to shop around with other places in the city. In the end, we decided to sell some to him and he promptly paid us in cash and handed us an itemized receipt.
