Went in yesterday 11-22-25 to pawn some things and was helped by David. As he checked everything and gave me pricing, David was courteous enough to explain the interest rate on items and was thorough. Very polite and knowledgeable of his job. Pacific Pawn shop, Great place and awesome customer service. I was accommodated by gentleman by the name of Johnny. I had called requesting an extension on my agreement, while I fully understood that I was responsible for my Timely fees towards aggrement and was willing to except accountability, I gave it a shot and called while asking politely if he was willing to work with me a few days after my aggrement due date, and Johnny responded by 1st stating that because I had asked politely and show him the proper respect , he then acknowledged that he would work with me. Awesome individual, we need more kindness consideration from people in the world in this world.
