Tony answered the phone 1st call. And stayed past closing for me. I told him I didn't have much to bring and he still showed me more courtesy than most shops. Great pricing and they shoot you straight.
This store by far will give you the best offer if you are in need of some quick cash for jewelry. I have gone to several other places and nobody has been as honest or given me as high of an offer as this place has. I highly recommend this store and will continue to come back in the future!

since our dear friend tony departed from "mr. gold and silver" i went to sell my grand mothersairlooms in order to take care of expenses the new employee cliaming to be the owner he grabed my things threw on a scale that only he was able to view and gave me a made up number witch i was unknowing about to be cond by a professional con-man and by the way thats the only thing was professional at all in entire ordeal any-hoo the point is in the end i ended up with a small percentage of what i was estimating and it was devestating truly so ib DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS TONY IS WORKING
Please dont come here to change your gold coin to cash. The guy said the coin cost $4,800 then when he gave the cash its $1,000 SHORT. The reason it was short because he give cash instead of check. I will never come back to this greedy guy ever. If I dont need cash that time I should have kept my gold coin. Go to other Gold store and avoid to be scam. He is taking advantage of vulnerable people. I hope karma will get this guy.
