I believe the customer service representative named Sam was rude and unclear in her communication. She did not treat me professionally and gave the impression that I was not a potential customer. It felt as though she was deliberately avoiding providing the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision about whether to visit or make a purchase. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I will be taking my business to a different location.
