This was my second silver purchase there, and I am very pleased with the deal. I drive from over an hour away to come here because they are a good shop to work with. Very fair and honest prices, and very kind staff if you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect. So far my favorite place to buy gold and silver.

The owner here was rude and condescending. I would much rather get a worse price elsewhere than to deal with these people ever again. I had an appointment beforehand and arrived exactly at the time as scheduled. There was another party in the store at the time, so I waited patiently by the door. The entire time while waiting, the man behind the counter (who I assume is the owner) gave me the cold shoulder and gave off a vibe like I'm not welcome. Even after the party in front of me left, the owner continued to be patronizing and even aggressive at times. When asking about prices, he immediately started attacking me, asking what my job was and belittling me for even considering doing research online beforehand. He gave me a lowball offer, clearly trying to rip me off. I left the store and got a much much better deal elsewhere I didn't care so much that the owner wouldn't offer me a fair deal, but his attitude, pompousness and the way he blatantly disrespected his customers is so shocking. Stay away.

I have been dealing with Robert regularly for over 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable of world coins and is a leader in the industry. I have complete trust in his honesty and integrity. They are often very busy so it can be helpful to call ahead for an appointment.

It’s a longstanding family shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff! 🙌👏 They carry different unique collectible gold/silver coins that other local shops do not have besides common coins collections. It’s always the best to see products in-person. 🤗 They also sell/buy quality jewelries. It would be great if they had more spaces to put many boxes away from the front room, but it only shows that they have many more inventories to display/sell!
