Sadly to say. I will agree with the lowest rated reviews. They were not cruel to myself in this instance. But the dismissiveness. Was felt. I didn't receive that they want my business. The attention to service was bad. Didn't give me room to ask questions that could have given them they opportunity to sell me anything. She simply kept repeating "go to (inaudible) " ... some other business that if I had wanted to go I could have googled. Yep. Okay let me just get out of here... come here if you want to feel what it feels like to be shoo-ed away.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Mehrra Jewellerss Inc, and I can't recommend them enough! The customer service experience was exceptional. Even the collection at Mehrra is absolutely stunning. They have a wide range of traditional and contemporary designs and helped me pick the right piece for my sisters wedding.

One of the best jewelers in the Bay Area. I bought a pair of earrings for my sister and had a really good experience. The service was great the aunty there was so helpful and patient. They have a lovely collection with good rates, and the best part is, there’s no attitude at all. Definitely recommend checking them out!
