Sadly to say. I will agree with the lowest rated reviews. They were not cruel to myself in this instance. But the dismissiveness. Was felt. I didn't receive that they want my business. The attention to service was bad. Didn't give me room to ask questions that could have given them they opportunity to sell me anything. She simply kept repeating "go to (inaudible) " ... some other business that if I had wanted to go I could have googled. Yep. One of the best jewelers in the Bay Area. I bought a pair of earrings for my sister and had a really good experience. The service was great the aunty there was so helpful and patient.
