Very professional, quick, and thorough. I went to two other shops where i was quoted 720$ and 250$ for the same item (14k gold 8" bracelet). I was offered 750$ for it after they checked to authenticate it. The man with beautiful rings and piercings helped me and was very kind. I enjoyed my experience.
