An old lady was so rude just probably because we are mexicans she gave us a look like we were thieves and told us how we dared to go there and even ask who told us to go there. She didn't even want to look at the coins. So rude and disrespectful. I don't know why some people think money gives you the right to humillate others. So ignorant. My boss who referred me to that place was so disappointed.

I have to say to you folks at London coin galleries that reviews and the ripple effect of being rude to people matter!! We are literally sitting here trying to decide where to go to sell a coin collection. All gold 1890s + eagles liberties etc.. All graded!... We think it's valued over $40,000 by the research we've done.. Your reviews scared the heck out of us!!.. I'd be very scared to get the Tammy lady that everyone in the reviews is talking about 😬 lol.... Sorry guys going somewhere else - just letting you know...... REVIEWS MATTER!

Overall, we had a very positive experience working with the principal owner Tami. What impressed us the most was the expertise, transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. I give this business a 5-star rating.

My brother and I went here to trade in an old coin collection that belonged to our father. Tami was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and fair. It was a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to return.

I recently had an appointment with Tami at the gallery to sell a collection. While the gallery itself is beautiful and filled with interesting items, my experience was disappointing. Tami was curt and dismissive from the start, giving very short responses and not engaging in meaningful conversation. She didn’t confirm my name when I showed up nor introduced herself. After a wait, I was presented with a handwritten line-item quote that was difficult to decipher. When I requested a clear, typed breakdown to better understand and compare, my request was refused rather abruptly. She instead gave me a card with a total sum number written on it. It became clear that for the remainder of my appointment, she was unhappy that I didn’t immediately accept the offer. Additionally, I had to pay for parking with no validation offered unless a sale was made, which felt like poor customer consideration. Overall, the customer service was unwelcoming and did not make for a positive selling experience. I recommend potential sellers prepare accordingly or consider other options.
