Brought several pieces of jewelry to sell and after shopping around at a few other locations this shop gave me the best price. Dolores is very welcoming and had the best customer service. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everybody there is very polite and super informative. The owner is a very no nonsense type of person which can be very discouraging to soft people who might not be used to this kind of information. My honest opinion is That everybody who leaves a bad review for this business is either selling something that is fake, junk, or is completely delusional. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Lodi coin and precious metals. Also, the lady that works there is pretty darn cute! Hope this helps! Thanks .
Just visited for the first time. The lady in the store had just what I was looking for. Very helpful and informative amlnd I felt like I was charged a fair price. I will definitely be back to purchase again soon. I read others reviews and can say my experience was pleasant and I would recommend this coin shop!!
This business should be investigated the owner tried to tell my psa 9 1933 20 dollar gold coin was a fake but she still wanted to buy for melt price the coin has was in a capsule serial numbers it was 100 % real and easily varif
I had a traumatic experience with this pawnshop. I pawned my jewelry worth $2,500 for a small amount and the staff was not paying much attention to what she's doing as she was too busy talking on her phone while doing our transaction. She gave me a receipt while still talking to someone with her phone. I was so in a hurry and I didn't check the receipt she gave me , just stuck it in my wallet. After a month,I went back to get back my pawned Jewelry but she said she doesn't have it and I showed her the receipt she gave me and she said I sold it. I was shocked and can't believe it because I will never ever sell that jewelry worth thousands for merely the amount of $225. I was in tears and in shocked I regret why I went to this shop but I learned a lesson that I should have checked the receipt she gave me. I hope this pawnshop makes it clear if it is for pawn or for sale to make it clear to customers. I felt I was scammed by her😭
