Called ahead of time to get a quote for my gold jewelry and was offered 85% over the phone. Checked the weights of my items and the price of gold prior to arriving and did some math to be prepared. There offer was exactly 85% of the melt value!!! Very satisfied and will return!!!

First time user - took in some old silver coins - expected to get a number just above face value - was just an experiment. Did not know the coin value and the silver value are grossly different numbers. The offer was so amazing that I came back - I'm no professional so if it was a bad offer I di dnot mind - it was amazing to me. (in other words I feel their offers are legitimately fair and you do not last in business by not being honest)
Had a great experience here. I emailed them via their website about selling some gold and silver I had, and they quickly responded and gave me a ballpark price. Days later, I went into the store and worked with Jonathan. He looked up the value of everything I brought, walked me through it in detail, and paid me very good prices for all of it - pretty much exactly what he quoted via email, and very close to spot prices.
