I recently visited your shop to have my gold necklace evaluated. I never claimed or told you that my necklace was 18K — your own XRF machine is the one that confirmed it was 18K. Despite that, it was still rejected, with the explanations that the ‘color looks off’ and the ‘weight is too light.’ This was confusing and frustrating because: • Middle Eastern gold, especially from Qatar, naturally has a deeper yellow tone due to the specific alloys used (mainly copper and a bit of silver). This is normal and does NOT mean it’s fake. • Weight has nothing to do with purity. Many Middle Eastern 18K chains use lighter or hollow-link designs for comfort in hot climates. • Your XRF machine already confirmed it was 18K, which should outweigh subjective opinions about appearance. Qatar’s gold shops are tightly regulated, and their products go through rigorous testing. I’ve worn this necklace daily—showering, sweating, even swimming—and it has never tarnished or rusted, which is consistent with real 18K gold. Because your own machine verified the purity, rejecting it based only on color and weight felt contradictory and unprofessional. I hope future evaluations rely more on objective testing rather than personal judgment.

Friendliest pawnshop ever. Everyone in front of me was happy when they left that says alot, means they were happy with there transactions. I was too treated me very fairly explained everything to me without being rude. This definitely is the one ill be back to.
