Bad Business!! The Roseville coin shop gave us double what we were offered at Lincoln Gold and Coin. We had sold some Silver dimes and quarters to this local business, but thankfully we called a few other shops before selling them the rest. We ended up having to buy back what we sold them, but the coins that they gave back to us were not the coins that we sold them. They were of lesser quality. 8x face value and 15x face value is a huge difference. The coin shop in Roseville stated that the transaction with the Lincoln coin shop was practically highway robbery.

Jim the owner is a very knowledgeable & personable fellow. I dealt mostly with Ricky his grandson and I can only say good things. His obvious work ethic is old school customer service. He's appreciative & grateful of his grandfather's knowledge & expertise Isn't that refreshing! ☺️ Joey is also helpful and she has a lovely voice & pleasant manner Go see these people! @TakeThatKat

We went to a few shops with the idea of selling our scrap gold to purchase my forever anniversary band. We found out that not many places do that. It is a little drive from our house but what a great shop. We didn't feel rushed and he tested all our gold and gave us a fair price. When I chose my band with diamonds, no pressure AND he gave us a truly great deal. Just the kind of store that I recommend & I have raved about to my friends.

My experience here was 5 stars across the board. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Ricky? the young man who was helping me was as friendly and honest as could be. He was the first person in my 10 years of buying and selling bullion from Coin stores that Sigma verified every single piece before handing them off to me, and lo and behold one of the cool unique pieces that I had picked out was in fact Sterling .925 silver and not fine .999 silver like the other thirty or so one oz rounds and bars that I bought that day. To top all this off both the selection and the prices were top notch as well. Nuff Said go see for yourselves : )

In business, all of the money a business person will ever have in their entire life is in the pockets of other people called “customers.” We have given this shop thousands of dollars in business over the years. And when a business has acquired loyal and consistent customers like that, they should show the nothing but RESPECT TO THOSE CUSTOMERS. We made a $50 purchase and were literally and rudely given the “bum’s rush” out the door. That’s bad business acumen. Treat customers badly and you’ll go out of business. Never again.
