I came to pawn coupe gold things and when I came back to pay back my items there was one peace missing it was gold small heart with Rubi stone in it . The gentleman at the counter was patient, understanding and friendly. He helped me get the most for what I had. Which wasn't much. Went above and beyond to help me.
