A "superior" (their former company) place to bid and consign. Their estimates can be way too high or too low. They push up the bids to your maximum bids. But they are still a great firm overall. Their photography is the best that I have seen.

Worst After-Buy-Service that I ever experienced. No possibility to pay my purchase online, the only way for me (outside US) was to pay with credit card and they wanted my credit card details incl. security code via email. For paying with credit card they charged me 2,5 % additional. No status of my purchase online, no tracking number, I had to contact the company and to remind them to send my purchase again and again. Even though the item was sent by Fedex, I received my purchase exactly 1 month after I bought it. All in all -> terrible service, you don't treat customers like that!

I literally just called and one of the owners i spoke to was very rude at the end. I was explaining in detail the kind of coins I have and when I was about to ask him if they take any autographed baseballs, he literally cut me off saying “not interested” and hung up the phone. What kind of customer service is that!

I called in about a certain coin, and the owner was very rude and disrupted with an attitude. I'm picking up that once he found out I was African American he hung up in my face prejudice and racial profiling. Wow!!!!!
