She was detailed and patience on the whole process. She explained the sales rate, and all the details that go into selling silver and the current market. I found them to be very trustworthy and fair. The customer service was far beyond excellent. It really agenda difference when the associates give you their attention and are kid during the process. I would highly recommend this gold and silver ship to friends and family. I tried a few other places and the customer service was definitely not as good.
